Lung Van is at an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level, where the weather is always cool. As for Mai Chau, the climate is mild, the summer is hotter, but travelers are satisfied by the cool swimming pools. After the trekking tours, tourists can sit and enjoy the fresh air, take a dip in the cool water, and enjoy the unique local food.
In the morning, pick up in Hanoi and transfer to Lung Van (3 hours by car). Before going to Lung Van, visit Thung waterfall with a height of nearly one hundred meters with many cascades, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area. Arriving at Lung Van Ecolodge, you are greeted with a fruity drink.

Afternoon is a 2-3 hour walk through the forest, citrus hills, villages and terraced rice fields. Fresh air and airy natural scenery bring excitement to visitors. The degree of lightness or difficulty of the hike depends on the requirements of the group.
Trek stops at Ao Mo in Chieng Village, cool off before returning to the lodge.
Having dinner at Lung Van Ecolodge is an opportunity for you and the members of the delegation to interact more closely. Barbecue, outdoor dining with decorative lights, fireplace... ready to serve the group.
After breakfast, the car takes the group to Ton Village to walk to visit Nam Son Cave (2h-2h30 minutes both walking and sightseeing). In addition to the natural beauty of the cave with many stone columns, stalagmites, stalactites, lakes... that fascinates visitors, the walking path through the bamboo forest and rocky mountains leading to the cave is also a memorable beautiful route of the trip.

Afternoon, experience a 3-hour trek to Mai Chau. Arrive at Van Village, pick-up and transfer to Pom Coong Village.
Rest, dinner and homestay overnight at Poom Coong Village.
After breakfast, we will drive to the central of the valley for 20 kms trekking back to the house on the stilts. We start to trek mountainsides to Xam Khoe Village. The trekking is difficult at times with some steep uphill and downhill walking, but the views are incredible however some physical preparation will enable you to fully appreciate today's trek. Then we will hike along the path over villages of Thai people. Picnic lunch in a family of Thai people on the way. After lunch we trek up 4 kms over the bamboo forest over the mountain towards to our village.
14h30: Pick up point to be transferred back to Hanoi.
18h00: Arrive in Hanoi, tour end.
